Can I change a reservation? Yes, the best way to do this is by contacting the reservations coordinator, see above.
What is the Reservations and Cancellation Policy? 50% deposit due upon booking to hold reservation and balance due upon arrival In the event of cancellation: 5 days prior to the event, 50% of the initial deposit will be refunded less than 5 days, the deposit will be forfeited.
How do I plan a meeting or event at Ledarney Manor? Contact us, we can help you plan it; whether It’s a board meeting, workshop or the annual retreat, Ledarney Manor provides a blend of outstanding meals unique surroundings and excellent service. Our facility can accommodate small groups up to 10 individuals.
Are phones available for guest use? There is a complimentary phone available for local calls.
What if I need to make a long distance call? Collect calls or phone card calls can be made from the phone.
Will my cell phone work? Yes, most cell phones work here.
Can I check my email? Yes, there is wireless available throughout the building, we will provide you with the password upon arrival.
Are the facilities wheelchair friendly? No, unfortunately due to the nature of this century old building, it is not handicap accessible.
Can I bring my pet? No, pets are not allowed.
What should I bring? Your laptop, cell phone and any other devices you may need. Please let us know if there are additional requirements when making the reservation.
How are groups invoiced for their retreat? Ledarney Manor will invoice the company/organization care of the contact person. Corporate attendees will not be invoiced individually. Final payment is due upon receipt. Overdue accounts will be subject to a 2% per month interest charge.
What are the regular check in and check out times? We want to accommodate you, just let us know when you plan to arrive so that the Manor will be prepared for your visit.
What if some of the people in our group have special dietary requirements? We are happy to accommodate our guests - please advise the reservations coordinator of any special dietary requirements when making the reservation or as soon as possible thereafter. Our food is cooked on site and homemade from scratch, customized for each reservation so it’s important we know ahead of time for planning purposes.
When do I need to provide a final headcount for our group? A confirmation of the total number of persons in your group is required at least one week prior to arrival. At the same time, you can confirm dietary requirements.
Is there swimming available? Not on site, we are located within a 20- minute drive of some of the best beaches in the province though. The Norris Lake Provincial Park is only a 10- minute drive away.
Things to do There are a number of activities available in or near Teulon, Golfing is less than 2 km away or for more information check out the Town’s website at www.teulon.ca
Is liquor available? Ledarney Manor does not sell any type of liquor but guests are welcome to bring their own supply.
Other things you should know: The facility is a smoke free building Pets are not allowed Complimentary parking is available on the street
Damage Excessive clean-up/garbage/damage and staff time is invoiced based on actual expense
Taxes, extra fees In accordance with the regulations of Manitoba there will be applicable taxes added to the invoice.
